Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any amendments to the address.
Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to fulfil orders addressed to Taiwan.
As we ship from multiple locations, it is likely your order will not be shipped from within your delivery country. DHL may therefore require ID verification for customs clearance of your order. If ID is not provided, DHL cannot complete delivery or return the goods. In this instance, destruction of goods may occur at the discretion of local customs, and we will be unable to refund the order thereafter.
For orders shipping to Thailand, please note that all online imports, regardless of value, require you to have importer registration (an e-Customs license) and may require further documentation for customs clearance.
For any orders shipping to the Philippines with a value of PHP 50,000 or greater, an individual cannot authorize an informal entry. The shipment requires a formal customs entry, meaning that as a legal requirement you must import under a business with official registration with the Bureau of Customs in the Philippines.
