We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes (including BFPO) or Freight forwarders.
All orders containing Fragrance & Beauty are eligible only for Ground delivery.

Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to fulfil orders addressed to India and the Canary Islands.
For orders delivering to destinations outside of the EU, DHL may require ID verification for customs clearance. If ID is not provided, DHL cannot complete delivery or return the goods. In this instance, destruction of goods may occur at the discretion of local customs and we would be unable to retrieve the items or refund the order thereafter.
Orders shipped to the Middle East may be subject to delivery delays due to the current air space restrictions in the region.
