For orders delivering to destinations outside of the EU, DHL may require ID verification for customs clearance. If ID is not provided, DHL cannot complete delivery or return the goods. In this instance, destruction of goods may occur at the discretion of local customs and we would be unable to retrieve the items or refund the order thereafter.
