Jimmy Choo Gift Card full terms and conditions:
- A Jimmy Choo Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
- The minimum amount needed to activate a Jimmy Choo Gift Card is £35.
- You may also use a Jimmy Choo Gift Card at standalone Jimmy Choo Boutiques only.
- A Jimmy Choo Gift Card cannot be used online.
- A Jimmy Choo Gift Card will not be accepted at concession stores or at a Jimmy Choo Boutique outside of the jurisdiction/country the Jimmy Choo Gift Card was purchased from.
- A Jimmy Choo Gift Card can be used in full or part payment for any goods purchased from a Jimmy Choo Boutique.
- When you use a Jimmy Choo Gift Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the Gift Card. If your purchase totals less than the value of the Jimmy Choo Gift Card, any balance will be left as credit for you on the Jimmy Choo Gift Card to spend in future. Change will not be given.
- When you use a Jimmy Choo Gift Card to make purchases more than the value on the Jimmy Choo Gift Card, you will be required to pay the difference in value.
- You may obtain information about the remaining balance on the Jimmy Choo Gift Card at any till point in-store.
- You may only redeem your Jimmy Choo Gift Card in GB pounds sterling.
- A Jimmy Choo Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and the maximum value that can be uploaded onto a Jimmy Choo Gift Card is £5000.
- Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Jimmy Choo Gift Card.
- A Jimmy Choo Gift Card that has been purchased will expire within 12 months
- from the date of purchase and any remaining value will be removed if the Jimmy Choo Gift Card is not used to make a purchase.
- A Jimmy Choo Gift Card should be treated like cash and will not be replaced when used without the consent of the Jimmy Choo Gift Card holder, lost, damaged or stolen, and will be considered null or void if tampered with.
- If you have any issues with using your Jimmy Choo Gift Card, a store manager, at their discretion, will raise the issue with customer services.
- Jimmy Choo can only offer an exchange for goods purchased with a Jimmy Choo Gift Card. If a customer does not wish to exchange the goods, the refunded amount will be credited onto a new Jimmy Choo Gift Card, or issued as store credit, to spend in future.
- Jimmy Choo will cancel the value of a Jimmy Choo Gift Card if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser's bank or card company for the initial purchase of the Jimmy Choo Gift Card. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected.
- Jimmy Choo reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
